whenever i ive started a bodyforlife programme in the past ive always given myself 2 weeks of lifting weights before i officially start. this gives you time to get through the muscle soreness before you start.
i was so sore once that when i did cardio i had to stop after 5 mins. now i didnt want to have a 5min cadio day on my official challenge so that why i used it as part of the 2 weeks ''break in period''
