you can workout... a little soreness might actually help you at this point. Granted, it's best to give yourself plenty of rest, but I'd say this is over the long term. I would select a different list of exercises than you did earlier in the week, and focus on compound moves that train multiple muscle groups. Take it "easy" just like you did earlier, think about form form form form form... and a little more form. Go for it, you'll be fine.
