Looks pretty good to me. The only two things I would mention are:
- To keep an eye on the fat content of butter substitutes. Some are OK, but others can be quite misleading. Specifically the spray-on type. They claim they are fat free, but in reality they are 100% fat. It's just that the serving size is so small it doesn't even add up to .5 gram so they just round down to zero.
- You may want to try moving your meals closer together so you can get a 6th in, but that's getting a little picky and may do more damage than good if you start getting too many calories. I personally try not to go over 3 hours between meals.
