Interesting Interview
Thanksgiving night we were driving home from my in-laws house at 1 am and there was an interview on After Midnight (a national country program) with LeAnn Rimes. We seen her on the Country Music Awards a week or so ago and she is very thin and muscular now. She used to be a little chubby. On After Midnight she was talking about her transformation and basically said she did it by following a BFL type program. She didn't mention BFL but did said she does it through intense workouts which requires her to fuel her body with plenty of high energy foods like; chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, and whole wheat breads and pastas, along with brown rice. The interesting part was that she said it took her 2 and a half years to reach her goal and that she has to eat a lot of food. She also says that a very important part of her program is giving herself a free day once a week.
