Chris: You bring up a good point about some things taking time. I am close to finishing my first challenge and I have definitely made changes but not NEARLY what I expected or hoped. I have had the strangest reaction to it, tho...
"Lil, you could have eaten cleaner. You could have worked a little harder. You have to change this and this and this for the next challenge!"
Instead of whining about "this is crap and doesn't work," I am making tweaks and already preparing for my next one. Now *that's* a change for me, mentally.
