Anyone else having trouble keeping workout time to 46 minutes?

I know that I need to be more aware of my one minute rest between reps and perhaps I lift generally slower than some, but I have yet to even get close to 46 minutes an a single workout. I usually set aside an hour each morning that I work the upper or lower body, but I often end up splitting my workout into a morning and night session to finish.
I guess I could just get up earlier (eeeek), but does anyone else have this problem? I wonder if I am sabatoshing my workout by breaking them up? I know sometimes I tell myself that I will finish my workout in the evening though life gets in the way sometimes.
I am guilty of not keeping perfect records of my time, but it can run me 1.5 hours easily at times. Any thoughts? Thanks all.
