congrats on the scale chris lol. i can't believe you've been living without a scale, that's insane! about the calipers, i was going to buy some myself but, i have read several places that they aren't exactly reliable because you have to remember to do it in the same exact spot every time.... anyway i ended up not getting calipers because i have read great reviews about the Omron HBF-306 Body Fat Analyzer. it's apparently really easy to use and accurate. So, that's what i ordered... i'll keep everyone posted on how that works out!

Total: 13.5 lbs, Finished Challenge 1! WOOOT! 6/25/2008 - For the first time in my life! 136.5 lbs! 23% BF Challenge 2: July 3rd, 2010 - Day 1- 180 lbs again. July 10th, 2010 - Day 8 - 176 lbs.
