9 week update
SLOWWWWWWWW progress. This is START, 4 weeks, 7 weeks and today (9weeks). I don't think I am going to do anymore pictures until 12 weeks because the progress is so slow, it is barely noticeable. oh well! I look more tan in some of the pictures because the the sun was out and the lighting was better in my bedroom. I like looking tan, better!

You look wayyy thinner despite the weight differential - seems as though you are really killing it!

Slow progress my arse.. I'd totally have a hard time working out with you at my gym.. HOT!
There is a world of difference between your current and your week 0 pics. I see a little more progress in each photo from then on. You have slimmed your midsection, reduced your love handles, found your curves, and firmed up your legs. Everything is shrinking on you and you're getting leaner by the week. I know it's hard to see the differences in ourselves. I have a hard time seeing differences in my own pics, but I know they are there, especially w/ everyone commenting on it. Your clothes HAVE to be fitting differently. I don't care what the scale's doing, you are totally firming it all up and cutting the bf. Very nice job ![]()

I did, however, I have been lazy and didn't post them. I honestly don't think there is a difference but I will try to post them tonight. I took a week "off" and started back on for Challenge 2 however, I am probably doing 90% rather than 100% because of some family activities which mess up my eating moreso than I would like.

You are coming into a very tricky time... I'm in it too... there's a struggle when you know too well how it all works. Don't beat yourself up if you take a little extra free time, but also try not to let your free days become your every days... I find myself in a few weeks on, couple weeks off mode at the moment but I continually reapply myself and get back at it... I'm back at it as of last week..
It's frustrating how much harder it is to stick with the program the farther I get away from my first challenge or 2.. I guess that's why I keep coming back here. We all keep each other motivated. Speaking of which, I'm sure your updated photos will be great. Looking forward to seeing them! ![]()

Great Job!
I see a big difference even within those two weeks. Can't wait to see the total transformation, even though you looked nice to start with :-) I hope to look like your beginning pictures at the end of my THIRD challenge! lol!
