rom's Week1 and week4 pics.....
hellooooo all
thanks for all the help and motivitation that I see on the forums... so its week 4 and I decided to put my pics up......I haven't seen a lot of progress but I am still trying hard and making sure I dont give up... anyways here are my pics at the end of week1 and at the end of week4... lemme know what youll think... thanks all !! |

hey gnash...
thanks dude.... hmm I dont go perfectly by the book..... I dont do abs after my Lower body exercise. I do the abs bootcamp thingy.I do abs after I do cardio.... Muscle Media However right now you will see more hair and less abs (thts why they call me 'da beast' !!!)I also switch my cardio alot..... I dont do the HIIT principle all the time.... Once in 3 weeks I go for endurance.... another thing Ive done in these 4 weeks is I keep changing my weight training exercises every time I work out. However I read a thread on the forums tht ppl said they changed their exercises every 4 weeks...... other than that I realised I was awfully hungry by week 2.5, so now I pretty much eat more than a horse ...... I have always been scared to consume food because i may get fat, but I realised there is no point curbing it....So i eat a good amount of protien and try to cut down on the carbs on my last meal. other than tht dude, I know doing compound exercises help if you wanna gain mass. So from week 4 to week 8 I am planing to do more compound exercises and then do an isolated exercise for the last superset If you want some more info about tweaking ur BFL workout mate, I would recommend the following link Hussman Fitness - The Plan: Why the Body for Life Program Works you could google each one of the individuals mentioned on that link to see how they modified their bfl workout. Another thing is knowing which body type you are (Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph)..... and working out appropriately as per your body type. tc and thanks -rom |
