Week 4 Update!!

Its been going ok, but not greta, but I feel much better.

:-) Please comment.. Kinda need some encouragement...My motivation is slightly slipping.

Well the last two weeks have been trying. I have had a lot of parties and going out . I have been trying to watch what i eat. Overall to this point I have lost 8#. I am down from 284 to 276. Which isn't bad, but not as good as it could have been.

I feel better. I know I have definately lost some size. My clothes fit better thats for sure. I am taking today off to regain some focus i lost htis weekend and then going to push forward hard. Here is my plan for this week:

- Work out two times a day - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday.

- Saturday and Sunday go to the gym. The last two weeks I haven't gone to the gym either day.

- Do not eat out as much. I have been eat out healthy, but I know its healthier to make my own food.

- Go food shopping on saturday.

- Prepare my salads and food for the week on sunday. - This has been the problem. I don't prepare my lunches ahead of time.

Well so far i feel good. I am little down today because i wanted to be at 274, so I didn't hit my goal, but i know i am seeing progress. I just have push harder. Thats what this week is about to really push harder, I will add additional cardio sessions on the double work out days and eat clean.

Tuesday - 45 min elliptical - Afterwork.

Wednesday - UBW and 45 min elliptical - AM and Lunch

Thursday - HIIT Cardio and 45 min elliptical - AM and Lunch

Friday - LBW and 45 elliptical - AM and Afterwork

Saturday - HIIT Cardio - AM when i wake up

Sunday - UBW - AM when I wake up

Monday - HIIT Cardio and 45 min Elliptical - AM and Afterwork

I will check in on Friday and tell you how I am doing.
