Yeah I've started on Monday already, gave it 110% this week! Lost some weight too! Pretty happy!

How is your challenge going so far?

January 2007.......118kg (260 lbs) BF 2500%!!!

CHALLENGE 1:
Start date: 2 June 2008
Week 1: 109kg (240 pounds) BF 18.60%
Week 12:103.4kg (227.50 pounds) BF 12.50%

CHALLENGE 2:
Start date: 1 September 2008

Well Marc, I started but I got off track quickly. I had a lot going on during that time and then I was gone on business for a week and just ate terribly. Not good excuses but that that's the way it went down. so now I'm back to reality again and have started up a challenge as of the beginning of this week. I'm sticking to it this time. I'm disgusted that in 6-7 weeks I have gained back pretty much everything I worked so hard to get rid of. Amazing how quickly it can come back and amazing how hard it can be to get back in the routine. Had I exercised more while I was off BFL I wouldn't have gained nearly so much back.

How's your challenge going?

Had 2 shaky weeks. Gym was closed for repairs, injured my back....again!!!!!!! Recovered now, so back in it 100% from today. Didnt pick up any weight in last 2 weeks, so getting the hang of keeping the weight off!

IM BACK!

I started my 2nd challenge in September, but it was a crazy month and I did not realise how tough it would be to start another challenge straight after C1. So I just kind of maintained through September and the first 2 weeks of October. Did not slide back weight wise but lost some strength (I can feel it!)

We have summer holidays from 19 December so I have decided to squeeze in a 8 week challenge until then! Hoping for some great results, must say, I think the last 3 weeks or so will be tough with all the social events of year end starting etc, but what the heck, LETS DO IT!

I see there are lotsa new faces here, welcome to all!
