1/2 way though my 1st challenge...

tomorrow is my official 1/2 way point... i'm right along my weight goals... and as a side note... I've officially lost over 40# now seance the beginning of the year...

now for bad news... due to life transition in the next few months (appears i'm moving again and going to be staying in a fairly small place so no weight machine) my results may slow down for a bit... I think i'll be able to get in at a gym eventually but for the time being i'll simply do what i can using my own body weight and a small set of dumb bells... on the real plus side the new location has some rockin MTB trails woot...

anyway before and after pics... here they are... before @ 305# after @ 294#

and I want to post these just because it makes me realy see how much of a change i've done... still wish i had pics of when i was 335ish lol...

anyway june @ 304# oct @ 294# over 5% BF% change based on my tape measure calculations

dude, you look a lot better. The longer you stay with it, the quicker you'll see changes happening. I can see a lot more definition in your face, you've lost a lot of weight around your neck and cheeks.

You're right, you can see a lot of change in those last two posts, the overhanging belly in those side on shots is much smaller - the bit going over your waistband I mean looks about half the size, which is great!
