12 Week results :)
Hi
Well I officially ended my 12 week BFL 4 days ago but i'm still staying on it just because I love the food, and love the feeling of being leaner and more muscular. Friends have been full of compliments and my motivation is even higher now to carry on living a good healthy life .My results might not sound to great but I definately can see a massive improvement. Well, here they come: 11/08: Weight: 88.2Kg BF: 13.26% 18/09: Weight: 83.8kg BF: 12.7% 11/10: Weight: 84.6 BF: 11.86% Total loss: Weight: -3.6kg ( but this is not taking my muscle weight gains into consideration) BF: -1.4% I reckon maybe -1.4% in 12 weeks is a very slow loss, but it was worth every second and I stuck to the diet, with 1 or 2 exceptions, completely! Conclusion: Its not only the physical improvements that I am happy with but also I have a very good knowledge of nutrition and while 12 weeks ago I would eat everything, now I cannot even think of eating something without reading the Nutritional Info label at the back. Just two quick questions that I dont know the answer to, I know its not in this sections topic but starting a new thread I feel will be pointless. I baught 100% whey protein today as appose to the protein/carb MRP I was taking, 1. How and when should I add this into my diet and workout programme?? 2. How do my losses compare to other people? I have only been able to read the few 12 week results from this forum. Thanks alot, Keep it clean! Chris ![]() |
