12 weeks before and after pics

Just finished week 12 and lost 12 lbs! Starting weight 117, final weight 105 (I'm only 5'2"). I lost 1-3/4 inches off my waist, 2-3/4 inches off my hips, and 1-1/8 and 1-1/2 inches off each thigh! Feel great! Here are my pics...

Thanks! I am very excited . This is the best shape I've been in, in my entire adult life. Now to maintain it. I went grocery shopping today and looked at all of the things I used to buy - veggie ravioli, pizza, samosas, etc. I realzied what a carb fiend I used to be. I still love those foods, but only treat myself once in a while now. Will keep up the cardio, lifting, and multiple protein and complex carb meals. Didn't do all this just to gain it again.

Challenge #1 (10/19/04 - 2/28/05):
Went from 186 lbs to 164 pounds (avatar)

Challenge #2 and #3 (2006 and 2007):
Not as successful as the first time, but still lost an average of 18 pounds both times.

Challenge #4 (9/14/08 - 12/6/08):
Went from 194 to 170 pounds!

Challenge #5 (1/1/09 - 3/28/09):
Goal weight of 164.
DAY 1: 173 lbs

Very nice job..

You have good proportion,nice muscle/fat ratio, and pleasing symmetry (form)..You added some muscle so you did some things right in C1..Take a little time off and go for another challenge...You have good genetic potential..
