12 weeks before and after pics
Just finished week 12 and lost 12 lbs! Starting weight 117, final weight 105 (I'm only 5'2"). I lost 1-3/4 inches off my waist, 2-3/4 inches off my hips, and 1-1/8 and 1-1/2 inches off each thigh! Feel great! Here are my pics...

Good challenge result
Very nice job..
You have good proportion,nice muscle/fat ratio, and pleasing symmetry (form)..You added some muscle so you did some things right in C1..Take a little time off and go for another challenge...You have good genetic potential.. Happy New Year.. gnash
