Week 2 Pics

Just posted my week 2 pics to my blog. Take a look and let me know what you think. As I stated in the blog, I don't really feel like I've gotten off to a great start and am somewhat disappointed with the results. Let's hope subsequent weeks are better.

Goals:
1.) Achieve 10% BF or less
2.) Obtain abdominal wall definition (without flexing or sucking it in)
3.) Follow diet and exercise plan EVERY day.
4.) Pick a marathon, duathlon, triathlon near the end of my challenge.
5.) Finish in the top 25% of my race event.

Since you posted pictures from a previous start, I don't know if they really are representative of how you looked prior to this start, but if they truly were, then you look like you having great progress!!!

I took the liberty of cropping both sets down and compiling them side by side so you could see the results a bit better, see if it gives you a boost

I think you are doing great!!!!

Definite improvement, your gut has shrunk big time and the fat under your chin is disappearing!!!! Congrats, very noticeable changes so far, keep it up!

Thanks for the encouragement guys, and thanks for putting the pics together like that. Comparatively, I can see the progress. I'll keep punching at it and hopefully see that gut keep shrinking.

Thanks for having the courage to produce before and after pics. 2 weeks is not a long time. To see any progress at all is a good thing. Im just getting started with BFL so I will post pics shortly. I need to drop 20 pounds. Tired of being over weight.
