week 4 pics
Here's my week 4 pics, they're aren't that clear, but I felt embarrassed asking someone to take them for me so I did it myself. Anyways, I'm hoping to lost the fat in my midsection by week 12, hopefully I can get there. I can tell I made progress in my arms and legs so far. I'll post week 12 next!

VERy pleased so far!
Hey guys.
I am very pleased with my results so far,and that only after 5 weeks on the programme.Needless to say that I cannot wait to get to the end of the 12 weeks to compare...here are some pics of my results so far. enjoy! |
