This is my wifes before and afters 14weeks
She is emabressed for me to post these even though I tell her how great she looks

Her stats are

Starting 169lbs
Finish 134lbs

lol, your wife has nothing to be embarrased about. 2 1/2 Stone loss in my language (35 lbs) is one hell of an achievement, not to mention the % bodyfat. Well done.
