Before and 6 weeks photos
6 weeks are just about in the books so I have posted some before and current photos to my profile album. One note on the before photos. These were taken by a friend of mine in August which is when I decided to start dieting. Unfortunately I forgot to take before photos when I started the BFL program 6 weeks ago so they will have to do. Overall I'm happy with the progress so far.
