Just got done with my last run for the week so I have officially completed my first challenge! In total I went from 250 lbs. to 218 lbs for a total of 32 lbs lost. I'm very happy with that total. I have posted the after photos to the album in my profile. Thank you everyone for motivating me these last 12 weeks. I couldn't have done it without your assistance!
