Before and after photos
For those of you that wanted to see mine... www.nyuwh.com - Body for Life
Hey Maljonic, could we have a separate category for posting before and after pics? (i.e. General discussion, Supplements, Before and After, etc.) Maybe it would go under community. I don't know. Anyway thanks for all the support gang. This is a lot of fun. I'd also like to hear any suggestions people may have on photo tips. I think that orange stuff the body builders use looks pretty gross, but it shows definition pretty well. Any ideas for a home remedy? Thanks. |

You shed some fat in the trunk, which is great, and the shoulders and arms are looking good..some old time body builders wanted the trim waist more than ab development..flat belly and I still like that look better..shows more contrast between upper and lower body..another 12 week challenge could be in the strategy..You are doing well..congratulations.. ![]() Gnash As to photos..just lower light and shoot angles instead of straight on.. I avoid that orange stuff..gets all over everything and not worth the difference..nobody cares except in competition anyway.. |

Looks great. I never even heard of the orange stuff, didn't know people did that kind of thing - kind of obvious I guess?
I think gnash has it right, try different camera angles and lighting - try lighting from above, then below and see what the difference is. |

Awesome Chris!! I see the most notable difference in waist and in shoulders. Which is good, because I've always heard, "your shoulders can never get too big!!"
