Here's a current photo..5'11",157#...Don't have any before pics because I have looked the same for years..I do workout 6 days/wk and have done that since 1995....I train at a YMCA..
Edit: I represent the "lifers" on BFL..20+ years at target weight after reducing 15% of BW and changing set point to the new weight..My goal is to pass on info that will help newcomers achieve the BFL lifestyle for the long term.. ![]() Edit 2: Jan,08 photos are on post #7..April,08 photos are on post #32... Okay hmm... I'll take a guess... My first guess was 65... But b/c I really really have no idea, and haven't seen your face, my final answer is 53.

Photo update
Updating for the new year...from mid-sept..
Not much change..2# lighter at 155# and 15-16% bf..132# LBW and 23# FM.. There may be a bit more definition around the rib cage,but to uncover the abs I would have to get down 10-11% and I'm not that ambitious..I think where I am now is as good as it's going to get... ![]() |

Hey, I'm just trying to even things out. All us women have posted our half-nakie pics. Now it's you guys' turn. Besides, if you cut off your head when you post it, it hides your true identity. It's that or but a black bar across your eyes so no one can tell it's you.
I'm joking of course. I enjoy seeing how everyone is doing, half-nakie or not. |
