I recently started body for life and have been drinking myoplex carb control (chocolate)

anyways i cant seem to get accustomed to the taste of it

any ideas to make it taste better?

(i tried both the powder and the pre-made shake..... i am a chocolate person but am willing to try anything that tastes better )

I sometimes use those artificial flavorings (for baking) and they seem to help. I've had success with vanilla, almond, coconut, and mint. Cinnamon would also be good.

You can add some coco powder too if they aren't chocolaty enough. Just make sure it's the unsweetened kind. (powder, not syrup).

But I think the best thing is making them with skim milk. This makes them much more enjoyable IMO.

yeah..i think skim/fat free milk is a better option too....

i just added some instant coffee powder to one i just had and it was a lil bit better....
will try some frozen berries next time...

the artificial baking flavorings is a great idea...and considering i am not going to be baking for a while ..i might as well use them in my shakes
