tuna fish snack...
been playing with variations on tuna salad for a while... i grew up on the stuff and love it... but sometimes chopping the onions and all the other tidbits is time consuming especialy for just 1 can of tuna...
so i've been using salsa... 2tbs of salsa mixed to a 2oz drained can of tuna is about perfect IMHO... gives it some non fish chunk and some liquid... taste far better then miracle whip IMHO... put it on some whole wheat saltines and you have a nice little snack/meal... added some variation yesterday... diced up some jalipenio's (mmm) and some sour kraut... gives it a nice little kick... i think some pico de gallo may be pretty good mix also... either way it's something quick and easy... better then a health food bar thats for sure |
