so its day 33 , im fully into the program , in the "meat" if you will , i see slow changes , im starting to fear that im not going to see the " cut" im looking for on my first challenge , however i see my size increasing ( chest arms ect) i guess i should quit messing around with the latte ? its sugar free non fat but mayby its hindering my progress? anyone else have a serious coffee habit and did anyone find that it hindered there fat loss ?
