This is my First BFL Challenge. I plan to post daily in the evening. Feel free to follow my progress and comments are always welcome. Reading everyone's blogs have really inspired me even before I start my Challenge.

I have a partner in my Challenge. My wonderful girlfriend and I are doing this together.

Week 1 Day 3

Up and in the gym by 4:35. That is three days in a row up by 5 and I am not tired. I love feeling this way.
Lower Body Workout today. It was interesting. We have a limited amount of dumb bells and a cable machine so adjustments and tweaking will have to be done. It was a good workout and I am sure I will be sore but it was just not up to the intensity that I wanted. It was good but not great. I have never really liked lower body workouts so they will be a struggle I am sure.

Eating is getting there. I am starting to get hungry around 2.5 to 3 hrs after I eat so I think I am nailing down portion size. I am tracking calories per day for the next couple weeks just to make sure I stay on course. It is kinda a pain in the butt. I think it will help though.
