This BFL thing is quite a challenge. I've never seriously done cardio before in my life, and with arthritis in my right hip, it's tough to find something I like to do. So far, though, the recumbent bike has been good to me. I can ride in the prescribed wave pattern of intensity with no pain except for that muscle burn. Swimming has been suggested to me, but it's not something I really like doing. I love being in the water, but swimming laps has never been attractive to me. Ahh...rambling...what...
