Three recipes I want to try check them out.
Tomato Egg Bagel Sandwich Better than Bisquick pancakesTake one to two eggs and fry with non-stick, fat free, low calorie cooking spray of your choice. Lightly brown a whole-wheat bagel in a toaster. Slice a tomato. Lightly spread spicy brown mustard (original recipe calls for light mayo) on the bagel add the egg and the tomato slice for a fun morning sandwich.Gonna try it tomorrow i'll let you know how it goes. Simply combine 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and 4 egg whites into a blender and make into a batter. Cook like regular pancakes and enjoy. This one i'm very interested in trying BREAKFAST BURRITO Coat a small skillet with nonfat cooking spray and place over medium-low heat. Add a pinch of chopped onion, a pinch of chopped bell pepper (red, green, whatever), and a pinch of mushrooms ( I use jarred ). Saute for two minutes. Add minced garlic (this is optional, of course–I’m a garlic freak), and then immediately add 2 egg whites or one-half cup egg substitute. Cook eggs thoroughly to get out excess water left from vegetables. Warm one whole-wheat tortilla for 15 seconds in the microwave. Take a pinch of shredded fat-free cheddar cheese, a dollop of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of medium salsa, and egg mixture and pile high on tortilla. Carefully roll or fold up and enjoy with a BIG glass of water. A nice, spicy start to the day!

Suggestion for pancake recipe...
I love the pancake recipe...I have a suggestion that makes a batch even better.
1/2 C. Oats 6 Egg Whites 1 C. Lowfat Cottage Cheese 1 Tsp Vanilla A couple splenda packets Sprinkle of Cinnamon They taste just like the real thing, but better for you! Plus it's a serving for two, so you and a parter can share them for breakfast or save half of the batter for another morning! Let me know what you think. |

Those pancakes are the BEST. I make them all the time...Sometimes I even make enough batter for a few days and just put it in the fridge.

I tried the pancakes and they are fantastic! I didn't have sugar free syrup so I used about a tsp of sugar free fruit spread. Fingers crossed, but I dont really miss anything yet. Some of the recipes I have found are wonderful

Hi There,
Which pancake recipe did you make? The one you listed or the other one? We are allowed to eat fat free syrup? Seriously? OMG, that sounds SO GOOD! Mary Ann |
