pasta hash browns
So last night I made this sorta by accident. I was heating some leftover ww spaghetti noodles in fry pan with a little sesame oil to accompany my brocolli and salmon. The fish took longer to cook than the noodles, so I just kept flipping it like a pancake. Eventually they started looking like hashbrowns and behold a new discovery was born.
Leftover (cooked) spaghetti Healthy oil Seasonings by choice Cook somewhat high heat so noodles don't absorb oil. Then toast until crispy on both sides. Serve like hashbrowns. Yum! |
