Stair Mill
If you are looking for a monstrous cardio HIIT session, don't look any further than the stair mill (the one with the rotating steps, not the one that lets you 'pump walk'). It is the most challenging cardio trainer I have ever had. I swear if there is a Hell, it is full of these machines! I hit my level 10 on level 13 on the stair mill and by the time I'm done, the thing is covered in sweat. But don't worry, I wipe it off!

I know! That machine will kill you! Good job for doing it though... i kind of avoid that machine at the gym lol
