Videos for Cardio Intervals?
Hello everybody!
I am on day 11, and I have only done ONE of my cardio days. I did it the first time, and it was so hard and difficult to come up with moves! (I don't live in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood.)I have decided to use a video that deals with intervals instead. But, they are two minute intervals, and the video is 30 minutes long. I figured this way, at least I will be doing cardio intervals. What do you all think? Erin |

I think it's better than no cardio at all
![]() Do you have access to a treadmill? Or can you go to a local school track? You can even do HIIT workouts with stairs or bleachers (if your knees are in good shape). When I did my other challenges and didn't have a treadmill and the weather was too bad to go outside, I would pop in a Tae Bo DVD.

I agree, any cardio is better than no cardio. I say go for the videos. When those get easy, grab yourself something more progressive. Keep challenging yourself and you'll be fine.
