Lightheaded/Headaches

The past couple of cardio sessions, I have hit definite "10s" first thing in the morning. Throughout the day following my cardio sessions, I have had bad headaches, even though I have consumed TONS of water.

Has anyone's head taken a HIT after HIIT?

my first reaction is not enough water... try an electrolyte drink (i.e. gatorade) after your workout and see if this helps. Then be sure to keep drinking throughout the day.

I also agree with the snack before your workout. It doesn't have to be large, just as tea suggested.
