Lightheaded/Headaches
The past couple of cardio sessions, I have hit definite "10s" first thing in the morning. Throughout the day following my cardio sessions, I have had bad headaches, even though I have consumed TONS of water.
Has anyone's head taken a HIT after HIIT? ![]() |

my first reaction is not enough water... try an electrolyte drink (i.e. gatorade) after your workout and see if this helps. Then be sure to keep drinking throughout the day.
I also agree with the snack before your workout. It doesn't have to be large, just as tea suggested. |
