Most recent:
Ciara - Like a Boy
Estelle ft. Kanye West - American Boy
Timbaland - Way I Are
Fergie - Fergalicous
Aaliyah - More Than a Woman

I don't really listen to hip hop, rnb .. I'm more into.. Well.. Weird music But songs like these have a nice beat and I like them so its a nice change. It really depends on the mood and the workout. If its cardio day I need something exciting, fresh, like the songs I've mentioned. But for the workouts I can really listen to whatever. Even classical music.

Like kittykat I also listen to "weird" music, but for cardio you can't beat hip hop. Plus I live in the ATL so a little hip hop is only appropriate, being that so much of it comes from here. My abbreviated playlist:

Joss Stone: Put your Hands on Me
Fergie: Clumsy
U2: Love and Peace or Else (great one to get you moving!)
Timbaland: Give it To Me
Young Joc: It's Going Down
Matchbox Twenty: How Far We've Come

A few of my favorites:

Crazy Frog - I Like to Move It
Fall Out Boy - Dance, Dance
Disturbed - Ten Thousand Fists
Limp Bizkit - Rollin'
Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name

... but then again, I like heavy rock when I work out, which is where the last three songs come in. Listening to something loud and angry gets me pumped, especially during the last few minutes of the workout.

My absolute favorite workout song is "lose yourself" by eminem (clean version)

For cardio now, I don't listen to anything except my running partner panting beside me.

I download free podcasts called "Housenation" from I-Tunes. They are fast and furious, if you're into that kind of thing.

Cardio List

I wanted to make sure I had music that really moved me when I was doing the cardio. I have:

Jackson Five - Can you Feel It?
Avril Lavigne - Skater Boy
Stray Cats - Rock This Town
Green Day - American Idiot
Matchbox 20 - How Far We've Come (which seems to be popular here!)
Born to Run - Bruce Springsteen (I thought it was appropriate!)

Thanks to everyone for giving me new suggestions!

I LOVE running to the Nike +Drive Original Run (Crystal Method) It's a 45 minute mix, mostly techno, but with remixes of other songs entertwined... and it really keeps you pumped up and motivated. I notice a HUGE difference in my energy level when this is on.

I downloaded it to my ipod for like 9.99

I have tattoos piercings and a shaved head but my one "metrosexual" vice is George Michael. I can't help it.

I have tattoos, a former piercing, and now a full head of hair - but I dig George Michael as well!

I'm into rap quite a bit, and I've found that it's a good drive for me.

Lots of 2Pac, some other 90s rap. Little Eminem.
