Site has been upgraded
The Body for life Forum software has been upgraded to the latest version, actually this has been done a few times in the past but this time there are a few extra features to play around with, such as albums, profile messages and the ability the 'befriend' people - so I thought it was worth mentioning.

Oh yeah, the site search works now too, before you just got a blank screen I think after searching?

Yeah, but it works now! thanks! I'm sure that'll come in handy.... I hate posting questions about things that have been asked before.

It's not such a bad thing to ask questions already asked, I hate it more when folks get all snooty and tell you to use the search or say nerdy things like "Google is your friend" instead of just telling you what you want to know.

It looks nice Maljonic...
Re: Google... sometimes I'll respond with a google suggestion for more info, but that's b/c in the beginning I didn't know how to search for these answers online. My suggestion to google "body fat percentage" (or whatever) might be a suggestion for the semi-technical term for a training technique you've never heard of, but are hinting at in your question... But I agree "Google is your friend" is just plain rude. ![]() I also don't see anything wrong with posting answers to questions you came into yourself. Chances are pretty good that if you're asking a question, someone else wants the answer too... and it's cool when this forum comes up in searches. ![]()

Exactly, post the answers here and we'll get the visitors here, so getting the questions here is good for everyone...
On a related note, getting more members, I made a bit of a boo boo with the site upgrade. I normally check to make sure new member registrations work after each upgrade, which it usually does, but Murphy's Law struck this time, the one time I forgot to check, and some old bit of software that asks an anti spam question wasn't compatible with the new software.... which means that no new members have been able to register since I upgraded the site! So I must apologize to any frustrated folks who've been trying to register and wondering what the Hell they were doing wrong, it was all my fault! P.S. Thanks to whoever it was who had the foresight to contact Chris via IM and ask about it, who knows how long it would have gone unnoticed otherwise! ![]()
