Category Idea: Mass Gainers

Maljonic (and others)... I propose a new thread category called "Mass Gainers" or "For those who want to gain" or something like that. It seems we get a fair amount of visitors who are or were twigs like me that are trying to use BFL to bulk up.

I propose the category because although it's done with clean food, the amounts we need to eat to gain are far too much for someone trying to lose. I'd hate to confuse someone looking to slim down by giving them bulk tips...

What do you guys think?

I think that's a really good idea. That would help separate some of the mixed up categories and avoid any confusion over losing vs. bulking. And I might be bulking this fall, so I need a place to post! :-)

Yeah, seems to me like a good idea for a category... BFL seems to attract those trying to build muscle as much as those trying to lose fat (not to mention those who want to lose fat and not end up "skinny" ).

Good call! I really only have some belly fat. The rest of me needs to bulk up, and I wonder if I'm eating and supplementing right to do that.

Thanks for the PM Chris, I missed this one. It's a great idea. Gaining Mass has been added beneath Losing Weight as its own section. Now we just need some posts in there.
