Started C1 1/2/08!!!!

Yup ...Started it yesterday I know the book list a Monday as day 1 but oh well this past Mon was New years eve and with all the drinking/partying I did know there was no was I was gonna be able to start it then (hehe), but was eager to start.

I can already feel Day 1's upper body workout even though Ive been working out 4-5 days a week , it already getting me all fired up!! If I can feel this type of body response in like 36 hours I cant wait to see more :-). Day 2's Aerobic exercise was intense also Ive done an hour before on the eliptical machine before but doing the 20 min workout the BFL was kicked my ass!.

Also I can tell im gonna like going to the gym @ 5:30am instead of in afternoon as I was before...less people...more open equipment...and more free time in the afternoon .

The eating part has been easy to get into the routine seems like im always eating and never hungry!. I got the myoplex stuff also (word to the wise..you can get the same box that sells at GNC for 130.00 for 70.00 on ebay). Myoplex aint that tasty but in pudding form I think its better.

Can't wait for more stuff to post!!!!! BFL!!!!!

lucky for you to have a gym open that early in the morning.
the earlyist by me is 6.30 wich is to late as i'm on my way to work at 7,
i can do my cardio days early, go for a run or on the stepper, but on weights day i'll have to go about 4.30 straight from work , hopefully just before the rush.
