I started on 2/11 so I am almost done with week 3. It is definitely routine and not at all a hassle...which I thought for sure it was. My grocery list has done a 180! I buy so much veggies and fruit and whole grain, fresh lean meats, that my grocery bills are horrendous! It is worth it and I find that we don't have any food left over by the end of the week. I am glad that nothing has been wasted. I do look forward to free day but not with the anticipation as I thought I would.

AHHHH, I had my first weigh in this morning, and I actually gained about a pound! My clothes are seeming to fit a little looser (or maybe that is wishful thinking), but I didn't want to see the numbers on the scale go UP!!! How discouraging!

keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat... you can get much more tone by adding muscle/losing fat, and may not lose a pound

That is true, it was just a bummer to see the scale headed in the wrong direction. Thanks for the reality check! You guys are the best!

I have 1 more week to go! I am doing alright however, not much weight loss to show per the scale. I do look better (in my husband's opinion) and my jeans are finally fitting better with no fat over the waistband. I will be rolling right into a 2nd challenge because I am not satisfied. MY bf% has decreased to 20.5% from 22% - so that is good and I have much more upper body definition. Not much lower body definition because there is still a layer of fat covering it!
