Chocolate Banana smoothie
Okay, I'm so happy with this because it totally relaxes my cravings for sweet treats after dinner such as ice cream, cookies etc.
1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup skim milk 4 ice cubes 2 tbsp water 1 small-medium banana sliced 1 packet of diet hot cocoa mix (or regular fat free, which only has 50 cals) Enjoy! ![]() |

Cottage cheese in a smoothie eh? I would have never thought of that.
My lates protein drink has been a scoop or two of Optimum Nutritions Strawberry protein powder, a cup of skim milk, 5 ice cubes and a banana for a strawberry banana shake. Not too bad....

OK everytime I see this post I think:
"cut up a banana, put it in the blender and shake it all up, shake it all up" Those of you with kids (especially boys) around 8 - 10 will probably get that... silly Naked Brother's Band song... ![]()
