I could pick it apart, nvedia, but I think you're doing fine. At first glance it's a lot of "meals" but I see/assume they are small portions. I don't see anything "bad" for you on the list. Is this how you've been eating for a while? How is it affecting your weight/bodyfat?
If you want to be more "by the book" we can talk about tweaking specific meals, but again, I think you've got it. You're doing well putting together healthy meals and it looks like nutrition is very well covered. Do you like eating this often? An option is to eat more at a given time but then only eat every 2-3 hours. But honestly, your day looks a lot like mine lately. (I have more meat, but basically a similar schedule of eating often)

I am feeling good
I did not measure my body fat/weight for sometime so i cant say I feel hungry a lot or somtimes i get only 2 minutes so eating a banana with peanut butter sounds a good option... Any advantage with strictly eating only 6 times a day? |

Well, there's a metabolism advantage to INCREASING to 6 meals a day. But I don't think there's anything wrong with eating more often than that. If you were eating big plates of food, then maybe more than 6 is too much.. but you're not, so keep doing what's working.
