any alternatives to Myoplex carb control shakes?

hi everybody,
I had a question regarding the myoplex carb control shakes ( as my main goal is weight loss)

are there ant alternatives to this...any other brands wth the same protein
(25g) and carb (6g) content.

The reason i am asking is becoz i have been to like 5 GNC stores already and all i can find is the pre-made shakes ( a pack of four is like $15 with tax etc) they dont have the powder and dont know when the will be getting some, that is if at all they get it!

right now i am having 2 of these a day ( the 3rd shake I drink is a whey one)
and its working out pretty expensive.

are there any alternative shakes i could have in place of these? and which hopefully taste better too ?

Plain whey (aka 100% whey powder) has about 24g protein and 4g carbs per serving. That just about covers your "carb control" formula... but I still recommend eating some carbs. It doesn't have to be a lot, but get out of that mindset that you need "carb control" anything to lose bodyfat. On this program you need the carbs that it prescribes.
