Hard time eating enough

My life has been so crazy lately that I haven't made time to plan my food. I'm juggling work (my own business), night school, 2 young kids & hubby, Taekwon Do classes, and just had 2 different sets of friends/relatives visiting us. Today I ran out after Meal 1, went to the gym, had to work, then grocery shopping, to get home at 5:30 - not having eaten Meal 2. I was going to bring a bar but forgot, and even then should have at least had 3 meals. I find I get caught up at work and realize that I haven't eaten. Last weekend one of my sons cut his foot badly on some gym equipment and we ended up in the ER for several hours. Once again, lack of food. It's definately been affecting me as I get really tired at night. On Friday, I crashed at home and took a nap on the couch after work, then ate dinner and went to bed. I'm down to 107-1/2 lbs. Some mornings my run has been tough, esp. if I haven't eaten much the day/night before. Anyone else running into this? My night school is finally over this week so I am very excited to have a little more time. This should, hopefully fix the problem. I just bought a bunch of shakes and bars and left them at the office, so at least there is something there to eat.

You're making progress, that's the important thing. See all the places you pointed out where you could improve your program? You're recognizing the problem, making strategies for their solution, and now all you have to do is follow through.

I saw a tip on the BFL site that may help you. Set your cell phone, pda, or whatever, to remind you to eat. This way you can rely on the gadget, while you go about your day. No more forgetting...
