Hello, 2 weeks in and i have a few questions?

So i bought the book and read it in one day. After two weeks ive seen results but have a few questions.

1. The book doesn't discuss alcohol. I like to drink a few times a week and although I'm willing to sacrifice the food I occasionally like a beer and a shot of whiskey. The book doesn't address this so I was wondering if anyone else has incorporated this into their diet.

2. I hate the whey shakes and although I've tried them I'm going to try to avoid them. What are some of your favorite health bars?

3. I am also unclear as to what seasoning I should use. I eat a lot of chicken and pasta and fish and pasta?

1) Alcohol - a huge no no. Unfortunately, if you are trying to follow the strict "guidelines" of BFL - I would try to stay away unless its your free day. Search alcohol on here and you will find tons of posts regarding the negative effects of it.

2) Have you tried Optimum Nutrition or Muscle Milk - I am not a huge fan of the shakes either... but the ON - Cookies and Cream is like having dessert anytime - and can be mixed whereever with just a spoon. The Muscle Milk I buy in the ready to drink packages - and they are great tasting - really amazing at how good they are.
