Looks pretty good to me. The only two things I would mention are:
  1. To keep an eye on the fat content of butter substitutes. Some are OK, but others can be quite misleading. Specifically the spray-on type. They claim they are fat free, but in reality they are 100% fat. It's just that the serving size is so small it doesn't even add up to .5 gram so they just round down to zero.
  2. You may want to try moving your meals closer together so you can get a 6th in, but that's getting a little picky and may do more damage than good if you start getting too many calories. I personally try not to go over 3 hours between meals.

I agree with what dankelt said. It looks pretty good to me also but i have a couple of words of advice since you are planning out your meals. Something i found when i first started eating clean was that package labeling can be misleading. If a product is advertised as "low fat" or "fat free", compare the carb content to the non-low fat / fat-free version of teh same exact brand/product. Almost EVERY time the low fat one will have TWICE the carbs as the regular version.

Also, do a little research on men consuming soy products. I've done a little reading on it & essentially what the research says is that consuming soy products promotes estrogen production. Having increased estrogen levels in men promotes love handles and moobs. There is a littel more to it than that, but that's the abreviated version. So no soy for me. Personally, I eat foods that promote higher testosterone levels to help in my battle with the scale.

I'm currently in my second challenge (back to back) and I've noticed that the cleaner i eat, the better results I get from being in the gym.
