Multivitamin

Multivitamin supplement can help fill nutritional gaps in our diet and help to prevent disease. I am planning to start taking multivitamin, but choosing the right one is vital but it can be confusing. Looking forward to hear some good suggestions from your own experience.

Thanks..

It is a good idea. Any high quality brand will work. I've taken GNC mega men and liked them. I'm currently taking a generic 1 a day.

I am currently taking a multi vitamin called "Loaded" by a company called Magnum Nutraceuticals. Has lots of good stuff in it. I take 3 a day. I have heard many times over the years that "one a days" are a waste. Body uses what it needs at the time you ingest and then gets rid of the rest. On the other hand there is sure a lot of "one a days" out there. Just go with what feels right for you and that will be the best one.

Cheers,
Straw

Try the "Purpose" line of vitamins, they actually get absorbed in to your blood stream, unlike most vitamins that leave you with what I call "alien pee" (neon). They have supplements for everything. Amazing line of products.
