Sugar Free Jello
What are your thoughts on SF Jello? I just had a revelation the other day that it is probably fine, given it is just 10 calories and no sugar. Any thoughts? Opinions?

Great question! Not only is it "okay" but it's recommended as a meal. Cottage cheese with SF Jello mixed in is one of my favorite meals!!!!
Also, Jello chunks in yogurt is good (although you will still need a protien). ![]() |

Guys come on. Maybe I live in a different world than all of you.
Is the jello you're talking about the wobbly jellie that you mix with boiling water and put in the fridge to firm up?? ![]()
