Champion Q&A

If anyone has mass gaining related questions for me, I'll be glad to answer them here. As many know, my transformation consisted of me gaining 22.5 lbs of mass in just 12 weeks, and as of today I'm more than 50+ lbs of muscle from where I started.

For more on my transformation, visit my site at Joel Marion Coaching

To your body transformation success,

gaining muscle

Hi,

I'm really sad today, because I gain body fat
So I was underweight, because I was doing 5 meals instead of 6 and for 5 weeks I'm doing the body for life programme exactly as Bill says.
I'm training really hard, improving my fitness level each week, feeling my legs stronger and my arms stronger as well, in 2 months I gain 1.8 kilos, but I gained body fat as well, I don't if I'm measuring the right way, I'm using those calipers, help me I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

My meal plan is

Breakfast
Pancake:
1/4 cup oatmel, 4 egg whites, 1 tbsp of flaxseeds and 1/2 banana

Lunch:
Recipe of Eating for life

Midmeal:
1/2 cup cottage with apple

Midmeal
Shake with skim milk and 1/2 fruit

Dinners
Recipe of Eating for life

Midmeal
midmeal recipe eating for life: creamy salsa

Thanks Guys
