yakubu is barely worth listening to
body for life dvd

i was a health shop in town the other day when i noticed this body for life dvd. it had 4 disks and was only £10 so decided to buy it.

its got two seperate success storie disks, body for works disk , and another disk about the actaul body for life system

the one on body for life system is useless really cos it just talks about the workouts, diet and nutrition ( theres nothing there that isnt already in the book). but the other 3 disks are brilliant.

the success stories are so inspiring and uplifting. body for works is a documentary about the first ever body for life challenge (the red ferrari or lambagini or wotever) and is brilliant.

id recommend the dvd to anyone
