Newbie Question
I tend to overanalyze everything, so please bear with me. I just picked up the book a week ago and i have read it cover to cover a few times.
My question is, how much does it hurt you to over work out? I started yesterday with Cardio. The books says to do 20 minutes only and to only work out with weights fro x number of minutes. I ride motocross bikes every weekend, and I have a road bike that I ride. Am I going to screw things up because I am doing to much exercise? Riding my motorcyle always causes muscle soreness the next day, and my roadbike keeps my heart pumping pretty high the whole time. |

The exercises you've described shouldn't negatively affect your BFL program. You can ride you bike on cardio day if you want, but it's ok to ride it in addition to your program too...
I wouldn't consider any of the things you described to be too taxing. You'll run into trouble if you start pumping iron for more than 1 hr or more than 1x per day. If you really want to do more than that, my advice would be to get a personal trainer. Otherwise you should be fine. Good luck |
