When it comes to cooking i dont really worry to much about the healthy fats but i use pam.
I try to take my fats at night after eating some protein that way it slows down my absorption of protein during the night. For example for dinner i have a little steak a side of salad with olive oil, vinegarete salad dressing. sometimes ill just eat a chicken breast a side of veggies and a tablespoon of natty peanut butter. My theory is since your sleeping you dont need carbs so limit it before i go to bed.. |
