When it comes to cooking i dont really worry to much about the healthy fats but i use pam.

I try to take my fats at night after eating some protein that way it slows down my absorption of protein during the night.

For example for dinner i have a little steak a side of salad with olive oil, vinegarete salad dressing.

sometimes ill just eat a chicken breast a side of veggies and a tablespoon of natty peanut butter. My theory is since your sleeping you dont need carbs so limit it before i go to bed..

Other healthy fats:

Most fish (salmon especially) and seafood
Nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, flax seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
Certain oils (Olive oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, sesame oil)
Natural Nut butters - Peanut butter is obviously good but almond butter is my fav Tahini is good too (used to make hummus)
