a quick tip
i recently started bodyfor life and got 4 weeks done but im due to start all over agian as a result of a mistake. since then ive came up with a new nutrition/supplement plan and wanted to share it with u all as i beleive that it wud be harder to get average results than amazing results with this.
ive used an absolutely fantastic product in the past called ''cyclone'', its the best supplementation product ive ever used. it comes from maximuscle and as thats in england and most of u are in america uve probably never heard of it. it contains 30g protein per serving, 21g carbs per serving and it also contains creatine too which i think is just genius. its just a protein shake that u mix with water but it also contains carbs like myplex does and on top of that uve got the creatine. my plan involes having 7 meals a day instead of 6. here it is: Breki -carbs such as porridge plus one serving of cyclone snack - myplex dinner - carbs (pasta, brown bread, baked beans etc....) and protein (chicken , tuna etc.... snack - myplex tea ( same as dinner) snack - 1 serving of cyclone before bed - whey protein and carbs if u do ur weights int he evening then the last snack (1 serving of cyclone) would be ur post workout meal). with this plan u are packing in a wopping 220g of protein a day into your body. plus the carbs and creatine too which can only result in muscle gains. the cyclone is quite expensive though. its £40 for 20 servings and u are required to have 2 servings everyday (in order to get the right amount of creatine dailly). so 1 tub only lasts 1 1/2 weeks. they do a special offer though of 3 tubs for £100 and those 3 tubs last a month. so £300 for the whole 12 weeks of body for life aint too bad. i plan to just use this stuff for the whole 12 weeks and build a great body then after that just use whey protein (as its cheaper) to maintain and my superb results . hope this helps anyway, just a thought |
