Lower Back Pain Excercise Ideas
I suffered from lower back pain for almost a year and i had a hard time recovering. Depending how bad your injury is you probally want to consult a doctor or chiropractor.
I managed to lose some weight and started doing excercises to strengthen the core and i havent had any backpain since. Heres a list of a couple excercises i used that i really believed improved the strength in my lower back Stiff Deadlifts Abs Crunches / Leg Raises Back Ext Ab Twists Make sure you go light and build up as the weeks go by. At the beginning i couldnt even do a situp because i was scared of the pressure it had on my lower back. Since my core is alot stronger now i moved over to situps just for the challenge and its a very good excercise for the core. |

Aweseome, I too, have had this problem, I had back surgery when I was 25 years old...it was quite dibilitating at times...but excercise is the key. I too don't have problems anymore, I was doing these small excercises even when I didn't know bfl.
The back extensions are very very crucial to doing after every excercise session! |
